I ordered a windshield cover. I should’ve know. Something was off when I hadn’t gotten the product in over 3 weeks. I emailed them and received a response saying it would be on its way soon. On the website it states it will ship next day and be delivered within 5-10 days world wide. I didn’t like the product once I got it and tried asking for a refund. They said I am only allowed a 15% refund. On the website it states money back guarantee and a return within 30 days. I dig deeper and researched and found that this company cloned the name from another valid business and has been committing this scam to many other people other than me. There is no physical address, no phone number, just this gmail account. I should’ve known better but I’m the rush of the holiday season I managed to get caught in this scam too.
