I purchased a dress off of the site, tishandrae.com. I never got the dress. I got one email from them saying that the item was coming from Europe and a tracking number was not yet available. I had left a vm but didn't hear back from them that way. I bought the dress in June.

***Tish+Rae Boutique*** On June 8th I purchased several dresses through TishandRae.com. On Saturday, July 2nd @10:40am I contacted [email protected] asking for an update on the order that I placed 4 weeks ago.They responded that same day @5:36pm and informed me that my order was in route from China and I would get an email update with tracking information once it reached the US. They went on to explain that they were overwhelmed with orders so it usually took about 5-6 weeks for delivery from their boutique due to COVID-19 delays and supply chain issues. It didn't sound alarming to me at first because I have ordered through OTHER online stores before and had to wait for a period of time for delayed shipments from China due to COVID however I was always given tracking information which included every scan starting from China, and in between from my house so I always knew that my order was in route. However, for this order#5072 from TishanRae, I have been given no tracking information nor has anyone returned my emails (to cancel my order) since last Saturday, July 22nd. I have contacted my CC company to do an investigation and for assistance in getting my card credited. I accessed Tish and Rae Boutique website through their FB page but they must have taken down their page. However their website tishandrae.com can still be accessed, so beware and do not order from this place.
