I placed an order on Black Friday (11/30/24) for 5 stainless steel cutting boards that I intended to gift for Christmas. When the items arrived on 12/13/24, they were found to all be damaged, poor quality, and unusable. They were covered in a peeling film and did not appear to be stainless steel. They also have rust spots on them and jagged edges where the metal was cut to shape them. I contacted the company via email and asked about the return process, since they advertise a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days. There are no further details of their return process detailed on the website or in my confirmation email. They began to negotiate with me back and forth what percentage of my order they were willing to refund, when I have 0% usable products. I expressed repeatedly that this did not work for me and I wanted my entire amount refunded. They refused to provide with me a way to send the products back, tried to then rescind the opportunity for any type of refund, and ultimately stated that they would issue me an 85% refund because they have a 15% restocking fee "outlined in their return policy" (which is nowhere to be found). I now realize I was only issued a 79% refund and I am in shock that they are withholding my additional funds when I was sent horribly low-quality products and they advertise 100% money back.
