Placed order on 4/5/21. Within an hour realized the company was fake and a scam. Emailed to cancel the order. After days of no response or update I emailed again. Website says product would ship same day. Multiple days or no “shipment” and no responses from multiple emails. I continued to send emails to cancel the order for the next month. Finally received an email that they had an error and couldn’t respond and that the product has shipped. I told them to recall the package and not ship it. They said they couldn’t. I randomly received the product which is straight from China. They didn’t even cover up the Chinese shipping label. Not at all what was advertised. Told them I wanted a refund. They said they don’t offer refunds. The website clearly states refunds within 30 days. Complete scam and my credit card company is taking forever with a dispute. Out $179 as of now.

Scam! 27 days no product and no refund. Usps confirmed no package was brought to usps. 8 emails, all generic auto generated replies telling me "its on its way, be patient". The refund info on the site is a lie. Very convincing website as well, reviews, pictures, testimonials etc. All lies. They will not send product or issue any refund, do not attempt to buy from these thieves.
