A product was ordered from their website which stated an item was in stock and wasnt. The item was paid for via cc and the money was taken the next business day. multiple attempts to reach the seller via phone with never an answer. They responded by telling me the item which was paid for would not come for 4 months. After 4 months time the seller was again contacted and they responded via email stating that the item would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. After 1-2 weeks time the item was not shipped and they responded again by email by cancelling my order and telling me that I had to reverse my funds through my cc company and told me not to file as fraud. Due to the time spent waiting on the item my cc company could not file as fraud and even contacted the seller. The seller got rude with them and told them to stop harassing them for the refund because there was nothing that they could do about it.
