We were contacted by phone today asking if we wanted to get rid of our timeshares. We scheduled an appointment to meet with a rep out of Florida this evening. The rep advised that it would cost is $23,000 for them to get us out of timeshare ownership. The money was requested up front. After a call to his manager, they offered to help us for $15,000 and recommended payment by a post dated check.
