I work at a title company in Dallas tx and recently made a deed and recorded it for a client. A few weeks later they received a letter making it seem that they still had to record their deed and were going to charge them a whopping $109. to do so and it made it seem like that was their only choice. I can't even find this company online except through the ScamPulse.com site, although they aren't even a ScamPulse.com company???? You guys are not helping the situation btw.
