I bought tickets to see The Foo Fighters in April 2020. Since the Corona virus hit, the concert was rescheduled for December 2020. It was then cancelled. I sent an email and was told that I would receive a full refund. I was told in 2020. I am still waiting. I have sent many emails only to be told the mail box is full and can not be sent. I just cant believe that Ticketmaster would send me over to a second party. This will be the last time I buy concert tickets

Bought 2 tickets for my wife and I to Ozzy Osborne 2 to 3 years ago on ticket Master and a pop up virus called tixcity took over the purchase. Concerts been canclled several times over the years and I've called andcalled and emailed over and over and just excuses is all I get. First it was 10 days for return after 3 of those then when new jersey opens up from corona virus. Want me money back so I am going on tour to spread the word about Tixcity virus.

This is my formal complaint on toxicity.com I wanted to buy Beyoncé tickets for my wife anniversary long story short I never got my tickets and all and the company took almost $500 from my bank account. Upon checking yelp reviews it appears that I am not the only one being targeted many others have been given fake tickets as well. I referenced their venue seating map of the rose bowl in pasadena, ca for the night of 9/22/18 with that of ticket master and it is completely different. In fact come to find out the tickets are not even on sale until 3/19/18 and they allowed me to purchase fake tickets on 3/13/18 for $484.11 . The company states no refunds and I cannot afford to lose out on that much money.
