the compamy sent me a tracking number and it said package was delivered. But it wasn't then when looking closer to the information on the tracking. I noticed, there is a 15 hour time difference Between Portland Oregon and China . The tracking that they gave me. I have added the screenshot of. says it was delivered at 18:19:47 pm on 7-4-2023. that would have made it 3:19:47 am 7-4-2023 PST. There are two problems with that date and time. First being that the mail doesn't start being delivered until 9:00 am in the USA. Second July 4th is a national holiday in the USA and mail doesn't run on national holidays . The now are telling me that I must have put the wrong address on the order form (not true) then theyn told be that they could offer me 60% refund and they would keep 40 % to cover the losses they suffered. I did checking online and the so called "World-renowned logistics consultation website" they used to deliver the package to the USPS is Track678.com is also listed as fraudulent website.. They are now harassing me over the fact that I wont take the 60/40% deal they offered. But being how they never sent a damn thing they couldn't possibly have suffered any loses.
