The contact is through text and email mostly text. They sent paper work to the email you give to fill out your information for the job. After that they sent a check which in retrospect I should have known better than to try to cash that. They said its for the equipment I would need for the job as work from home email customer service. In me trying to cash it found out it was bad check and no contact after that.
