I received this "job" offer twice. I found it strange that a data entry position started at $35 the hour. So I came onto Google and immediately found other user reports from the scammer. The "company" he claims to work for has been terminated and has an address listed for a mobile home park.

Caljobs is filled with these scammers preying on desperate people looking for work. ALWAYS do your research before submitting any personal info to a random stranger online. I only submit applications through legitimate websites after doing a bit of research or through Indeed.

I've received the same offer from another "company" using the exact same email just copied and pasted with a different name.

The following is the scammers email.

"I'm Kevin Nicholas from TL REAL ESTATE VENTURES LLC. Your resume was seen on CALJOBS APPLICATION, and we feel you would be an asset performing Online Data Entry (Work from Home position). Reply if interested in the job details. Starting pay is $35.00/hr.

Kevin Nicholas,
SUPERVISOR
TL REAL ESTATE VENTURES LLC"
