I shopped online for a gas motor to put on a bicycle. The price was well below other retailers.

I was alarmed when no sales tax was applied. No tracking number was given. The phone number provided was for PayPal. I paid with a NetSpend card. I messaged the email provided for a tracking number. No response.

I filed a dispute with NetSpend. Waiting for resolution.
