I needed a new litter box for my Cat I saw an instagram ad for this site with good reviews so I went to the site: https://www.tlmtq.xyz/ put in a code to get a discount and ordered the litter box. Right after I ordered it I got an email from [email protected] saying welcome new customer if you need anything reach out to us. I saw on their website when I was logged in under orders my order was there and it said shipped when I clicked on tracking there was a tracking number but when I clicked on info it says sorry no info on this. I read in the shipping policy if you do not get your order in 30days reach out to us. I sent an email at 30days asking for info on my order, then another email a few days later, and another email a week after that, I have not heard anything back from them. So they have my money and I never got my order.
