I believe this merchant is acting fraudulently. They advertise free returns on their website but, when I requested a return authorization for $135 in merchandise (3 shirts and a dress), they attempted to “negotiate” - offering 40, then 70, then “$106 - our last offer”. Their clothes are poor quality and I just want my money back, plus I feel scammed by returns that actually aren’t permitted. This is an unethical and fraudulent way of conducting business. Their diction in the emails, incidentally, seems Chinese. Please help make it harder for them to scam others! I have asked my credit card company for assistance in forcing a refund too.
