I was contacted by a representative from TM Services about a website I had been issued from another company from a year prior. I was told that I had substantial commissions that had accumulated, and that I needed to pay $ 354.00 in past due hosting fees in order to collect my money. I had told the rep that I was not about to buy his line of BS and that it was a scam. He was quite adamant about the fact that the business was legit, and that he did not appreciate my insults. He also made claim that my unclaimed payment would be submitted to the IRS as income, and that my non payment of the fees would be reflected as a default on my credit report. I was sent a link to my email, https://ecorp.azcc.gov/BusinessSearch/BusinessInfo?entityNumber=L15673457. I checked the link out and even called the BBB of AZ and found that they had the same information. I have since learned that they did not file for membership to the BBB, therefore, you won't find a BBB rating. I dealt with an individual named Michael Anthony who had given me some training, only to find that I no longer am able to reach him with regard to the questions I have about my site. I also dealt with a Jennifer, who's last name I do not have. I had been made to believe that I now have a substantial commission that I am to be paid upon my full payment of their fees associated with the " package" they had developed for me. I had made several payments thru Zelle, BIG MISTAKE! I will most likely never see that money again,, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at this company for about 3 weeks as of this report. I have contacted the DA's office of Glendale, only to find out that they do not handle fraud cases, and that I must seek out an attorney that handles business fraud. I can see that it would cost me quite a bit of money, and I will not get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINAL [censored]! I wish I had seen the previous report before I bought into this scam!

I also have been scammed by this company. Everything that the individual above stated is exactly what was said to me. I checked the link, and that was legit. I dealt with Michael Anthony, who did in fact give me some coaching, and I fell for it. I have seen my "shopping web page" which did link me to Best Buy and all of the other major vendor websites, but I have noticed absolutely no change in my supposed profits. I have now been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at TM Services, and I am looking to file charges against them. It probably won't amount to anything, but I am going to try. Don't buy into their BS like I did.

I was sent an email stating that I purchased an online service last year and since than the online service has generated a little over 3K and If I wanted to receive the earnings, I would have to pay the hosting fee of $324 since the creation of my account. So, I checked at the ScamPulse.com of Arizona and found a similar company with the same address that was listed on the email. I mentioned this to the representative who spoke English very fluently and he informed me not to pay attention to the BBB, but he sent me a copy of the link to verify their company which was at

So, it all looked legit and was told that I needed to send a Money order overnight using next day USPS and they would be in touch to set up an appointment with a coach who would unlock my account to be able to obtain my 3K and If I wanted to continue with the business, I would have to continue making a monthly payment. The next day I called them and spoke with someone who scheduled me for an appointment with Michael Anthony from 10 - 11 on Tue Aug. 3. The next day I got no call and continued calling but only to be greeted by an answering machine that ask to leave my name and number and someone would get back with me. As of this week, I have not been able to speak with a rep and so they Ripped Me Off.
