The e-mail I received included an invoice from Norton Life Lock thanking me for my renewal and that if I did not contact them within a day, they would bill me automatically through my bank. When I called to cancel, they asked for the invoice number and proceeded to tell me that they need access to my computer in order to cancel. I told them I would not give them access and told them again to cancel the invoice. This is the third incident in two months.
