This company is repeatedly sending faxes requesting a prescription for medical equipment for a patient. I did not order it as part of the care plan. Additionally I have confirmed with the patient TWICE that he has made no requests for this equipment. The company is sending repeated and increasingly agitated requests for a prescription. Googling them reveals no real information, however others have also Googled them to see if they are legit. It seems quite suspicious for medicare/insurance fraud.
