This came to light when another scam by iphone, targeting my father, was attempted from the same phone number of the TMT Investment site, under a different name, PCSafePro. This time the scammers tried to extort 10,000 by saying they would report my father to the authorities for having child porn on his computer. My father reported this incident to the Cornelius, NC police.
My husband and I called the scammer phone number, the one from the TMT Investments website. A man answered and we asked what the name of his company was, he would not answer until I gave him the name of the person I was calling about, I refused because they can look in their data base and see what scam was run on my father's phone number. After we insisted he tell us what company this phone number was for, he said MicrosoftGlobal something? The scammer said, any charges they charged my 83 year old father, were for xbox support and windows support. $1190 for Microsoft support. Microsoft does not charge for support with any of their products, and my father does not have an xbox or windows software. We spent time letting him know we knew he was a scammer, he said go ahead call the ScamPulse.com on me. We tried to appeal to his morality and see if he had a conscience, he did not. He had zero remorse and was cocky about how we could not do anything to stop him. We realize he works with a huge group of people and they scam millions of dollars from people.
