A person emailed my employer with direct deposit change using my name in the email. The employer confirmed through email that I wanted it changed. I didn't receive my paycheck for 2 pay periods. That's when I realized they used my name to email the change to my direct deposit. Contacted Green Dot with this information. They proceeded to say account is closed and no direct deposit was done. I have proof from my employer the direct deposits did take place to said account. I'm not happy right now cause I'm out of pay and nobody cares.
