Mr. William (Bill) Collins from Tobermore Contractors provided a written quote $4500 for stone work at my house. They showed up at my address on Thursday 5/26 9:30AM. There were four guys Tony Collins, Patrick Collins and two others. One unnamed laborer started removing stone. Tony took my $1,500 cash deposit. After taking the deposit they stopped work and said the Job would cost $30,000.

I then asked for the deposit back and they refused stating the team of four laborers were booked for the day. They kept telling me i was canceling the job Basically I kept repeating that they should honor their quote or return my money. Patrick stated he didn’t have his equipment but would return the next day to continue working.

They left my house at 11:30AM

No one showed up the next day

I’ve been calling them. Tony did reply he was putting in for a refund but that didn’t happen. They are no longer taking my calls
