I’ve purchased a vehicle warranty through them back in 2020. I never made a claim until now. I provided all documents that were required in order for this claim to be accepted. However they said they could not verify the receipts that were submitted even though they had Balance paid and zero balance due. The business that also performed the work had to submit their business license tax ID number, and this was still not good enough. My vehicle has been in the shop awaiting repair for five days they have closed my case but have not told me that they are not going to pay when I call they say they are out to lunch they will call me back. Do not waste any money on this company because they do not pay!!!
