I just received an email from this guy. However, he was referred to me from a social media friend in which page I think has been hacked.

He literally copied and paste a statement from the real DHHS.
He hacks your friends accounts of people you seem to trust. They tell you they received some outrageous amount of money to hook you. My friend sent me this link

Type of a scam Government Grant

Offers Cash Grant, Small and Large Business Grants, College and Scholarship Grants, Federal & State Grants, Private Foundation Grants, Grants for Women, and Housing and New Home Grants. Asks for basic identifying information, name, email, address, phone number. Then asks for your Facebook password in order to send the "package" so that you can verify who you are when the delivery man arrives. Will then check the password by attempting to log into your account, and will tell you if what you provided was incorrect. When I provided the wrong password he then said the only way they would send the grant package was to have the facebook password.
