I placed an order on May 2. In the chat, I was told I'll be given my lifetime discount code if I order a 2nd item, so I did. They gave me my discount code.

I was charged of course. A few days ago, I checked on their IG page to check the status of my order. It said I didn't have any order. Cart of course says empty. I followed up in the chat and never got a reply.
