SCAMMERS

I ordered an item back in November received an we received your order email, but never tracking info. I reached out to this company numerous times and also received a message from Lynda stating I receive my package shortly. I reached out to them several more times for my refund and all she kept saying for 2 months I will receive my refund shortly.

Tekerem is a widely promoted and sponsored company on social media. They also seem to have a reputable website. I ordered my goods in October and received an order confirmation email with an order number. But I never received a tracking number. I have been in contact with their customer service representative “Lynda” at what seems to be a personal email “[email protected]”. She told me repeatedly that my order was in transit, gave me a delivery date, but was never able to provide me with a tracking number. I have not received what I ordered, nor do I think I ever will.
