There was an unrecognized charge to my credit card from toktoh.com. When I called them to learn about the charge, the person who answered stated they were "an online retailer that provides services for many companies". When I asked what the name of her company was, she repeated the line. When I asked to speak with her manager, she repeated the line. When I asked to reverse the charge, she asked me for my entire credit card number.
