DriveERT initially issued a statement 1/7/23, and another 2/11/23 ($5.81, $30.81 respectively.) There is a picture on the statement that is blacked out and only shows two red taillights. No car or license plate is visible. There is also no license plate number or description of the car on the statement. I, nor anyone driving my car, has ever been in this area of VA, and never in any tunnel in VA. This is a scam, and fraud!! I tried to file a dispute on their website, but when I entered the statement number that is listed on the statement it said invalid statement number. Please make them stop sending statements/bills to me!
