Received documents in the mail to my home address stating that my vehicle was in NY on 8/22/2024, my vehicle has never been in NY, the picture is not my vehicle and the license plate number that they listed is not my tag number. When I told the Customer Service person this she started asking me to verify my name and address that's when I stopped call and told her I was not in NY and all information was incorrect and that I would not be paying this.

Received letter via postal mail with a toll bill in the amount of $5.87. The picture of the vehicle on the letter is nearly blacked out and nearly recognizable. I called the number on the "bill" and the woman informed me that if I didn't pay the bill I could be turned into collections. I informed her that the vehicle in the picture was not mine, however my license plate number in on the bill. She proceeded to ask me what color my car was. I informed her that it was a silver Lincoln. I began to feel as though I was giving too much information and hung up.
