Have rec'd several monthly charges for a toll road in NY. I have never been to NY, nor have I used a toll road. Picture on bill shows my license plate on a newer truck, but definitely not a 20 year old truck. I have tried to call but no one answers. Saw on Knoxville news that people are getting bills by email for the same thing. The statement shows 3 charges plus surcharge. I don't know how they got my license plate number, I asked the County Clerk in my town. Statement has "Tolls by Mail" on top.
