I received an sms/text from that number 263-788-8825 that said the following; “Our records indicate that your vehicle has used the FasTrak Express Lane. To avoid additional charges of $79.90, please settle your balance of $7.99 at https://tollsbayareafastrak.com” which is a scam. I haven’t been in the Bay Area for over five years and I returned my device to them to receive a refund of the balance.

The scammer sent a text with a fake website address and threatened if the $7.99 fee wasn’t paid late charges would be added. Copied text below.
