Tried to scam me on Twitter. Evil man.

Not a lot to say, other than in communications he was vague and didn't answer questions.
Such a vile person to get hopes up.
Messages back and forth were cordial, and often complimentary.
To do this to people with the promise to change a person's life is sick.
I explained our dire financial situation and, like most replies, these were ignored.
Not the smartest scammer.
Dim as a thirty year old light bulb.

These people have an Instagram account named Tomcook7. They tell you they won the 22 million powerball and want to give the first however many followers money. Then they proceed to ask for money for taxes and fees to get the money to you,via vanilla Visa cards.. Also claimed the FedEx Truck( with winnings) was seized by customs! Scammer shared pictures of FedEx driver, FedEx truck w/packages, winner Tom Cook w/check,cash, plane etc.
