Within a 24 hours, I received a docusign agreement stating I would need to pay a refundable deposit in the amount of $2500. My credit was run with three different sources to pay the deposit. Thank goodness I was denied. I stated and wrote to Thomas that I would need assistance in paying any deposit. I also stated that I would prefer to pay it at funding.
I was eventually introduced to Aristotle who handles the Blue Revenue Funding. I asked when the process would begin - and was told once I paid the deposit. A revision was made after I stated I would not be able to pay the deposit. I was given a "payment plan" of $100 a week. I advised Aristotle that I was unable to pay this amount. Aristotle was not happy this and advised me that funding would not occur until this $100 was paid via email.
Thomas chimed in and stated that we would proceed to the funding without paying the deposit. Thomas stated to schedule a meeting. I was given a few more days of delays. I was advised that I would need to provide some business documents. I did this and never received a fundng plan or any funding as promised. I asked numerous times for a funding plan, which would explain to me how my business would be funding. Thomas signed me up for a program in which I would get a tradeline for my business. I was not advised of the cost prior to. I received an invoice of $2500. I disagreed with this. I stated that I would not pay it.
On June 29, 2023, I requested that Thomas and Aristotle sign a mutual release. They have refused. They are running an advance pay scheme. They have you sign agreements to pay but never fund your business. Or show you proof of what you have paid for. This is a scam.
