This man Toma's came to my house and asked me if he could trim my tree's for $250 for 9 tree's he trimmed one tree and had to go empty his truck and he only cute 3 palm leafs he needed to get money for the dumps and he said he would come right back gave him $100 dollars and he never came back have called him 4 times and he promised he would be over and never showed up , he is doing this in my area to others , he needs to be stopped , he told me the last time I talked to him that I am not going to come cut your trees consider yourself burnt .
