The scammer used a tomboyX video to advertise a sale of their products. The link in the video led to a website that looked exactly like tomboyx where you could buy their products, but it was not the site. I didn't realize the website was not until after I had already checked out and got an email from an account not associated with tomboyx

Used a brand logo I know and have bought from before (tomboyx) on instagram with a video that may have actually been from tomboyx. And when you click on the link it had "merchandise" to buy for 4-10 dollars for swimware. Honestly what clued me in fastest to being a scam was despite these really low prices all of the styles were still available in all sizes. And so I looked at the website offering this, which was not tomboyx website. But it is all of their merchandise photos.

The ad on FAcebook looked like it was a sale for TomboyX clothing at incredible prices for Pride month. Ridiculous prices should have been my first clue. I had put about 8 items in my cart, but when I went to pay there was no option to use Paypal or Apple wallet like I prefer. I tried to jump to my external browser from Facebook, but it came up with an Error. So I went to the ACTUAL TomboyX site and saw that they were not selling anything at those prices. Back to the Facebook page and I see that it has a totally different webpage listed at the top. IF a person were to actually order, I'm certain they are not getting legitimate TomboyX products. IF they even get anything at all.
