I was sent a link to this website for their DIY Rainbow Rocker. I bought it for my grandson as a Christmas Gift. They never received the product ordered. Tracking information said that the product was delivered but not traceable. I have sent multiple emails to the company with no reply. The product was ordered on Dec. 8, 2021. As of Feb. 3, 2022 the product has not been received and no other correspondence has been made after payment confirmation.
