This person posed as a General Contractor for a home improvement project. Sent a contract, collected a deposit/retainer and never delivered on anything from the contractor including paying permitting fees and subcontractors (structural engineer). He tried to send additional invoices and cancel the contract for 'non-payment' but never delivered on initial contract terms. He bullies individuals with threats of liens and late fees. We plan to take this individual to small claims court since it seems the business he operates under (Levi Construction Group) does not exist. He poses as if he owns a large construction company and does outreach on Nextdoor.com. This individual is a complete fraud. Stay away.
