Website advertised purebred bull terrier puppies for sale in Tulsa, OK. Corresponded via email using multiple techniques to appear to be a legitimate breeder and merchant. Collected $800.00 via CashApp and agreed to meet in Tulsa with our selected puppy. When we arrived in Tulsa, merchant had blocked our phone number. Called from a second phone number, merchant answered, but when he discovered who we were, disconnected call, and blocked that number as well.
