Advertisement on Facebook stated that there would be $1000 reported credit line for the basic membership. When I got to the site, you immediately have to sign up in order to access any information about it so I signed up. On the next page Requested payment for membership and I chose the basic with the discount of 10%. My bank account immediately notified me of a Fraudulent transaction, but it still went through. At that point it was too late, so I went ahead and explored the account and realized that there wasn’t and actual credit limit as advertised. Also, the bank I use can’t be reported to the credit bureau nor was there an option to do so. So I proceeded to try and Delete my account, but there was no option. Then I tried to remove my Debit card information and there was no option other than to replace it. Lastly, I tried to scout the website/account for any sort of customer service email or number I could call, but there was no option. My fear is, like many others in the situation with this company, they’ll be taking money out of my bank account every month with no services actually provided. Also, the fact that they have my credit information. There are many reviews about this company stating it’s a scam and that other reports have been made with the Better Business Bureau.

The account was opened without my consent and they have been charging my credit card for the past 3 months. I have sent about 30 emails to their customer service email asking to cancel the membership and no one will respond. I have had to dispute the transaction with my credit card 3 times now and change my card number and somehow they are charging my new credit card number each time it’s changed
