I ordered 2 self clean kitty litter boxes and said it was delivered on 6/4/24. I never received the items. I can’t get in touch with any one one to find out about it. I just learned that it is a sacam from tonedten.com

I was shown a social media ad on Instagram for a self-cleaning cat litter box for $29.98. I purchased it on March 20 and was sent a shipping ID the very next day so I assumed it was legit. I soon found out that the shipping info they sent was for a different product ordered on a different website. I sent quite a few emails inquiring about the mistake they made but got no answer. The website is not working anymore either. This is the total amount lost.
