The guy name TY was working from the ground, not going up top, He said he could hear the straw and leaves through the vac, I thought that was weird, He asks for no payment on that day, later on May 9th, garret call and said I needed to pay in the amount of $345,00. I told him, I could not pay but half right now and would pay the other half in another week. So he asked for my card, I use credit. So instead he took the payment and then took the other half on May 11th without my permission. I recognized, the guy did not clean my down spouts at all which is also included in cleaning the gutters. They have refuse to call back and complete the work, I cannot use their email address and getting an Alabama number to only leave messages. I starting to believe I was scammed, because I kept calling another business in Atlanta, and they said I was reaching the one company, and that they charge $250 for a 2 story home. Another phone number on receipt was 8554971457.. Their email address was Guru Gutter Cleaning
