Yurt for sale. Not extremely deep discount but enough that you want to believe that perhaps they have a situation that they need to liquidate quickly.
Listing was for $7500 Yurt great condition. First contact was 'lots of interest' need to make a deal now. Can we meet tonight (address provided is local enough) We can just take a deposit from Paypal and meet later next week. Deposit sent to Susan Barker. 10 minutes later a call, that they have refunded me the $1000 and want to have us send again to another account. Tonya Thompson. Plans are made to meet the next morning at the storage unit to see the product and work out transportation needs later in the week. 5am next morning 'there has been a death in the family will meet later this week will call you later'. So I fell for it, just wanted to warn others of the phone numbers and names and remind to use common sense.
