I saw website Tony's Miniature Schnauzer puppies on sale and I've emailed him back and forth, he sent video of puppy I've chosen. I paid $700 through Paypal. The bank called there's something going on, so I checked and found out it was scam. I called back to the bank and it was closed. I called other bank to block my cc. Paypal already sent my money to Tony. I also received email from Pacific Pet Shippers asked for $995 for Thermal electronic. I refused to pay them. I was broken heart.

I feel all websites and email companies should add to ask for their address, driver license and SSN so that way the banks can track of them.
