AB for the removal of several shrubs and small trees from my property. Upon
receipt of this payment, Mr. B confirmed that he would provide services on the morning
of September 5, 2023, which included the removal of remaining shrubs, disposal of all
related debris and the grinding down of remaining tree stumps, as confirmed on the
signed receipt.
Regrettably, despite the agreement concluded, Mr. B did not comply with his
obligations and failed to show up as agreed and remains unreachable, as the business
phone number (518-XXX-XXX) no longer accepts calls.
