I need a full refund and you can have your falsely advertised product back.. This is not at all what I was purchasing, the image on the site has utterly nothing to do with what I received.

How is that customer satisfaction? 4 dollar refund after I spent 40 dollars on 2 products falsely represented. These are not even worth 20 dollars each to send them back for 20 just to get my refund of 40. So basically I would be refunded 24 dollars.. What a waste. This is fraud! I want my full refund and you should pay for the return of your bogus merchandise.

How about you send me the merchandise I actually paid for.
The excuses don't validate the issue. I will not pay any more money for this issue to anyone. And $6 as a refund doesn't satisfy or amount to what I spent. How do you even think of offering such a small amount for a refund when I spent 6 times over what you are offering.. This is ridiculous. Your company will be reported to the BBB.
Extremely irritated and disappointed with all this. This was meant to be a gift for my mother's birthday but instead I was sent this inadequate model.
