Purchased items,didn’t receive items.Instead received wrong order. Toolget store does not want to honor their return and refund policy, claims that customs and duties would be to much to pay for them to expect my return and refund. Yet they have a return and refund policy. But will not honor it. Instead of giving me a full refund or shipping the items that I have ordered, they want to refund me 20% of my money. I believe it is a scam because they refuse to give me a return address. And the item that they claim was wrongfully sent was shipped by someone here in the United States not China. I’m tired of being scammed,just want my money refunded to me.

Purchased items,didn’t receive items and now won’t honor refund policy. Never sent my items I ordered,instead sent me (as they claim the wrong order). But still are unwilling to ship me the right order or refund my money to me in full. Want to give me 20% refund instead. Claim that customs and duties would cost them to much money if they give me a return label (address)to return the item they wrongfully sent me. They have a return and refund policy and they don’t want to honor it.
