purchased exclusive fancy wire metal garden fairy ornaments 4 in number,
on Oct. 8 2021 shipping advice was that purchases had left China but after searching delivery information found that as of Nov. 11 items had not even left China for Canada. No further information has been supplied by seller.
Very skeptical of the validity of this company.

BUYER BEWARE. This product is a fraud. I ordered three of the largest boxes called "Oxford Cloth Steel Frame Storage Box" and paid $114 based on an ad on Instagram. When they arrived a month later from China, they were three times smaller than the ones depicted in the ad. I responded to the customer service email asking for the opportunity to return the product and receive a full refund. They refused. This is a scam.

This site was advertised on facebook, showing wire sculptures of fairies in different poses. There was also a video showing how the artist created these wire sculptures. They gave different prices at different times, all supposedly a discount from an inflated price. The product they sent was vastly inferior to the one shown, nothing like the wire sculpture that was ordered. Total scam. They even said they would give customer support, but after several emails, they only offered 40% refund. If you wanted to return the item, it would cost as much as the original item and shipping did.

I ordered from a site claiming to sell handmade wire garden fairy’s. As you can see in the pictures what I thought I was ordering (on left) and what I actually received.(right picture)

It shows on its site as being made in USA. But once I ordered, I received a tracking notice from China.

I’m ok with buying foreign however if it is what I ordered and it’s declared on their advertising. This was not declared. Total scam.
