Type of a scam Online Purchase
Upon receiving the credit card statement there were two charges, one for Postmovechanges.com for $99.75 and one to .penny-savings.com for $69.75. These were unauthorized and fraudulent charges by these two companies. I called the 800-365-3214 and they said it's part of the fine print in the terms of service. I asked them to refund the money which they have not done.
Further investigation of these to web addresses revealed that "Top Brass Management" is the owner of these two websites. I also discovered that the listed addresses of the owner are fake and/or do not exist: 583 Central Street, Pleasant Grove Utah 84062, 3746 W Box Elder Dr Cedar Hills, UT 84062, and 3115 EAST LION LANE UNIT 160 #A, Salt Lake City, UT 84121.
This Company "Top Brass Management" and subordinate web addresses are a scams and need to be investigated by the Federal Trade Commission as well as the Utah Attorney General's Office.
