I called the number to see what this was for and it said for a subscription to omaha steaks - (sweepsteaks) and we asked for refund because we DID NOT do this, they couldn't do it until I mentioned better business bureau, I asked who was the company they work for they said its called Top consumer direct savings store, then they were going to give half the money back and we said no, then they agreed to refund in full if we didn't pursue better business bureau if we agreed we had to say YES, and we DID NOT say that, we said, we agree to a free refund, they said you have to say yes, I said no, we don't say that on the phone, we argued, I said I expect full refund.
