Top Dog Performance offers pet supplies online at wholesale prices. It seemed like a legit company on every page of their website. Paid by paypal to protect myself. Once paid, it showed that the seller on my statement would read Double Harvest Trading, and gave me a personal email address. There was no confirmation email sent about my order, and it took a week and a half to get an email saying my package would arrive on a specific day by UPS. That fay came and went, UPS says my package was delivered. When I look on the UPS website it says it was delivered to a different person in my small town, but no address is given. And it says the seller was Amazon. This is a complete scam. Now the website isnt working.
