Based on representations made to me by the company, I hired Top Line Movers to move our things to a new house. The "movers" showed up very late with a truck too small for serious moving and without the boxes we had requested. They immediately demanded we pay $400 (which was more than the quote) in cash upfront. We complied. The movers then moved several of our heavy items onto the sidewalk outside our original place, took the money (along with my credit card info., driver's license info and building security code) and drove away.
