I selected the Drive Bright website to purchase glasses after reviewing top ratings from Consumer Reports and others. Now, I realize the scammer redirected me to the Top Night Glasses which I didn’t realize until now. After selecting glasses and choosing PayPal, I saw the shipping fee so didn’t complete the transaction…I thought, anyway. After selecting PayPal, it typically verifies me and sends me back to confirm and complete the transaction but apparently, the order was automatically processed and charged to my Visa. Unknowingly, I went back to the order page, verified the shipping fee and submitted the order - a Second time, to my surprise. Since then I have called several times and left voicemails twice plus emailed twice requesting to cancel One order and a call back. I’ve heard nothing in 13 days and there is no tracking info nor customer service reps and realize I was scammed. Sorry I didn’t notice that I was redirected to a different website after first choosing Drive Bright.
